Time to clear the air!

Alright I am going to admit something here, I have hid it for a bit, but tonight I had a real inner talk with myself.  Oldhammer community I am a list tinkerer (er?) LOL.  Ha you thought it was something serious didn't you?

Oldhammer New Banners

All defeated foes must do the Truffle Shuffle
So what do we do when we can't work all week.  Usually paint, but I haven't been in the mood.  Next is game, which again I haven't been in the mood.  I got Isandwaaaaghla set up down stairs, but I think the Battle at Little Troll Horn to it out of me for a week or two.

So instead I have been tinkering around with new banners and army sheets, besides checking the forum and Facebook group like 20 times a day.

Anyway all of these have been Chunk approved.

I am really running with this Goonies theme!

Battle at the Little Troll Horn

Taking the inspiration from Schusters last stand, and all the talk on the forum and facebook and here He of Three Names about the Alamo got me wanting to play some last stand scenarios myself.

One is the loneliest number when you are...Lobo the Lone Wolf

I painted this bad boy up as a single piece for a zombie game I did a few years back.  Now he just its on the admiring shelf.  Anyway I had the camera out and decided to take some fresh shots of old Lobo.

Let's talk Instantmold...just add water!

I first learned about Instantmold from Orlygg's post on Arcane Armorials.  I was having a bit of a dilemma as well.  I needed two more "like" Battlemasters chaos knight shields.  So I first tried to just make a mold out of greenstuff.  It worked OK but then I remembered reading that post.

So I rushed over to Coolminiornot and ordered a pack...WOW!

I thought I would try a base, a shield, and get bold and try a head.

The face turned out great.  The detail is great.  Obviously the back of the head will need some work, but it will be pretty easy to take care of.  Now I will never run out of heads for Schmendrick!!!  I might have a whole army of them one day.

Next is Space Worg on his new Instantmold base!  I'm going to have a lot of fun with these things.  Run don't walk and get a pack for yourself today.

Never come between and Nazgul and his prey

I had been getting the itch to paint a Nazgul, but wasn't really sold on the GW ones.  I had this flaming sword sitting there, and an extra horse and the plan came together.  I grabbed an extra skeleton head, and one of the arms from a crypt ghouls.  Slapped some green stuff on it, and painted it up.  I was really pleased with how he turned out.  He now terrorizes my hobbits and halflings across the wargame table.
