After finishing the Les Edwards Space Marine I also received a set of the Scavvies to fight him.
Les Edwards Space Marine post here.
I went with the cover color scheme as close as possible.
My set is more for display then tabletop so wanted to stick with the icon colors.
The muted khakis and browns to contrast the brightly uniformed Blood Angel
They have a lot of character and make for an exciting scene!
Very cool!

Deletesuper dynamic poses on all those guys. you can make a lot of cool-looking scenes with them, I bet
ReplyDeleteThey are a lot of fun!

ReplyDeleteJ
Thanks Jason I really appreciate that.
DeleteI'm so in love with this!
ReplyDeleteGlad you approve buddy!
DeleteAhoy Thomas! Excellent WD cover scene, rather cool to find skills in the community to bring to life this piece of art. Well done sir :)
ReplyDeleteReally appreciate that Nico!
DeleteThey look the part airbornegrove, and the sculpts look exactly like they should.
ReplyDeleteMost importantly of all - from my perspective anyway - is that you based them for use in games, rather than to be stuck on a shelf in a diorama. Much more fun that way IMO.
I would hope to get them in game as a scenario hook or just as background scene at some point.
DeleteGreat sculpts that fit the art image excellently. I like the colours you went with too, hope to see these boys get to see some table time soon.
ReplyDeleteThat is the plan. The thought of having to rescue a Space Marine from an unruly crowd is very entertaining and very in part with the Rogue Trader scenario chart.
