Tomohawk's Chaos Berserkers

G'day M8's
My latest unit for my chaos army.    I had been trying to find a unit of wolf clad dwarfs/goblins for some time.  Then they got magically sculpted by Kev Adams.  How could I not get these guys! ;)



I first got the idea for painting these from this beautifully painted slayer on the end.



These figures are absolutely fantastic and exactly what I had been looking for.  ;)



I wanted the unit to be a mix between viking beserkers and native Americans.  I hope that comes across in the paint jobs even with my limited color palette.

 Either way they really fit in with the rest of the army.  Which I will showcase in a future post.


The unit is lead by the savage Tomohawk more beast then man at this point.

    O yeeeah... Those are frikken sweet! Black gobbos with warpaint? I'll take it. And then run away lest they scalp my knees.

    Those names - inspired by outside influences at all?

      Thanks Dai! They will scalp your knees so be careful. Names and events have been changed to keep the identity of those involved safe. ;)

    As other have pointed out your choice of black, white and red is particularly striking and very effective. Cheetor is my favourite mini (and paint-job) in this group with the chequered heart motif being a solid piece of freehand painting. Well done!

    I just love, love, love this sort of creative, dramatic take. It takes real courage to pull off something like this. And the risk totally paid off... as all the other commentators have said, they are AMAZING!
