Space Hulk Hyborks vs Orks

This next Space Hulk mission I got to play in. Nico had me teamed up with Lopez vs Otto's Hyborks...it would be a green vs green battle for DA GREENSEED!
Nico got this mission from a White Dwarf from 2018 that contained Hybrid rules. It was a perfect recipe for Otto's Hyborks and Lopez's Ork Nobz.  I really appreciate them letting me tag along on this mission with some boyz borrowed from Blue.

This was another tense game, and Sean did a fantastic job of keeping us on our toes.  I got the momentum for a bit when my Ork armed with the Thunder Hammer got on a lucky streak and put a dent in Otto's plans.

He recovered well though and ultimately kept us from our last objective.  Which really didn't matter as it was just a brilliant experience to do something different with Space Hulk using orks and hyborks.  All beautifully painted btw and looked perfect on Nico's table.

Next up will be Aiteal's Strontium Dog Hitlers Hunt, and the Realm of Chaos Campaign from Friday's Warhammer World.

  6. Death (well, ok "Deff"), comes for all, but some just have more fun on the way.
Do you think Hyborks still "Dakka" or do they just chitter...?

Great looking game, and as always, nice report.

    1. I like to think of them as still having a bit of green left, so Dakka it is. LOL

  11. Thunder Ork's epicness screams for a proper mini. Something like an ork in khorne berserker armor.

    With a chainhammer.

    Great post, as always ;)
