Naismith Paint Challenge and Give Away.

JB ran another paint contest over on the Oldhammer Community.  This time it was paint a Bob Naismith.  I chose Venus Bluegenes. I'm also doing another Blog Giveaway in honor of the Naismith theme...details below.


The paint scheme was pretty straight forward.  I went with her normal combat look, and orange mohawk.  I did add a bit of warpaint to highlight her face.


And in honor of the competition theme I thought I'd do another Blog Giveaway of a Naismith Traitor General.  All you have to do is be a public follower of the blog, and comment on this post.  I'll enter you in the drawing that will be held at the end of February so stay tuned to win.

    I figured it out...

    Gutted my Naismith won't be ready in time, but seeing such a high concentration of new mercs and ne'er do well is awesome

    I am not familiar with Victoria Bluegenes or the traitor general. When I google I get images of blue jeans..haha :)
    Well awesome mini and I love the blue skin!

    Great work! I love the warpaint, it really highlights her face in a way that is both subtle and striking, depending if you are viewing it on the table or up close.

    And this seems like a great reason to start following officially...

    Someone here said "Victoria" Bluegenes but as far as I can remember she was "Venus".

    I was a RT but, far beyond dress and just close followed by Johnny Alpha (strontium dog).

    I one met Ezquerra Indeed, he was really nice to me TBH.

    YOU NEED TO PAINT NORTS ASAP dude!

      Thanks Javi...thanks for saying that. I hadn’t noticed autocorrect changed that. Glad you are a 2000AD fan. I’m more into Slaine, but these figures have their charm. Might see some more in the future.

    Very nice, I painted the same miniature way back in 2012, https://flipsminiatures.blogspot.com/2012/02/some-more-eschers.html though for my Escher gang at the time.
