Naismith Paint Challenge and Give Away.

JB ran another paint contest over on the Oldhammer Community.  This time it was paint a Bob Naismith.  I chose Venus Bluegenes. I'm also doing another Blog Giveaway in honor of the Naismith theme...details below.

The paint scheme was pretty straight forward.  I went with her normal combat look, and orange mohawk.  I did add a bit of warpaint to highlight her face.

And in honor of the competition theme I thought I'd do another Blog Giveaway of a Naismith Traitor General.  All you have to do is be a public follower of the blog, and comment on this post.  I'll enter you in the drawing that will be held at the end of February so stay tuned to win.

  1. I figured it out...

Gutted my Naismith won't be ready in time, but seeing such a high concentration of new mercs and ne'er do well is awesome

She looks great! It's just a shame that I'm going to win instead of you 😜

  11. Great work! I love the warpaint, it really highlights her face in a way that is both subtle and striking, depending if you are viewing it on the table or up close.

And this seems like a great reason to start following officially...

  13. Someone here said "Victoria" Bluegenes but as far as I can remember she was "Venus".

I was a RT but, far beyond dress and just close followed by Johnny Alpha (strontium dog).

I one met Ezquerra Indeed, he was really nice to me TBH.

YOU NEED TO PAINT NORTS ASAP dude!

    1. Thanks Javi...thanks for saying that. I hadn’t noticed autocorrect changed that. Glad you are a 2000AD fan. I’m more into Slaine, but these figures have their charm. Might see some more in the future.
